Churchill Brothers Sports Club

Churchill Brothers SC is an Indian football club based in Salcette, Goa, and playing in the National Football League Second Division in the Indian football league system.
The team plays its NFL home matches at the Jawaharlal Nehru-Fatorda Stadium in Margao, Goa.
They are one of the top teams in the state, having won the Goa League six times, the last being in 2001. After having been relegated from the Premier Division at the end of the 2004-05 season, the club will play in the Second Division in 2005-06, being placed in group A.

Dempo Sports Club

Dempo Sports Club is a sports club based in Panjim, Goa. Its football side is one of India's most prominent football teams. The club is owned and sponsored by the Dempo group of companies. In the 2004/05 season, the club won its maiden National Football League title. The head coach of the club, Armando Colaco, is also the General Secretary of the All India Football Federation.
Players of prominence on the team include Indian national Climax Lawrence, Ishfaq Ahmed, Ranty Martins Soleye of Nigeria, and Clifford Miranda.

East Bengal Club

The East Bengal Club is an Indian football club. This club is based in Calcutta and as of 2004 had recently won top honors in its National Football League two years running. They were the first Indian club in over 40 years to win a continental trophy when they beat BEC Tero Sasano in the final of the 2003 ASEAN cup championship.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited Sports Club

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited SC is an institutional Indian football club. They currently play in the National Football League Second Division. They are one of the top clubs from Bangalore, and have played in the Premier Division of the NFL before. They are managed by Krishnaji Rao.

JCT Mills Football Club

JCT Mills Football Club is an Indian football club based in Punjab and playing in the National Football League Premier Division in the Indian football league system.
The team plays its home matches at the Guru Gobind Singh Stadium in Ludhiana. JCT-Mills won the 1st NFL in the 1996-1997 season.

Mahindra United

Mahindra United is an Indian football club based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and playing in the National Football League Premier Division in the Indian football league system.
The Club were founded in 1962 as Mahindra & Mahindra under the patronage of the Mahindra Group. In the summer of 2000, the club was renamed to Mahindra United. Mahindra were crowned champions of NFL Premier Division for the first time in the clubs history in the 2005-06 season with two games to spare. They followed it up by beating their arch-rivals and nemesis, Air India for the first time in the season. They are also two-time winners of the Federation Cup, having won the title in 2003 and 2005. The win in 2005 ensured that Mahindra became the first club in the history of Indian football to do the Fed Cup and NFL Premier Division double in the same season. They however lost the NFL Super Cup to East Bengal,1-2.
Also Rumerd for Most Wins in the Indian Federation OF Football Their top-scorer this season is the Ghanian striker Yakubu Yusif. The club is sponsored by the Mahindra Group.

Mohun Bagan Athletic Club

Mohun Bagan Athletic Club (Mohun Bagan AC) is a sports club, best known for its football team, based in the city of Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Mohun Bagan AC is the oldest football club in Asia, having been established on August 15, 1889.
The football team has been hugely successful since its founding, and has maintained its status as one of India's most successful clubs. Mohun Bagan was the first Indian team to have defeated a foreign team, when the team defeated the East Yorkshire Regiment to lift the 1911 IFA Shield. Mohun Bagan has carried on an intense local rivalry with the East Bengal Club.

Mohammedan Sporting Club

Mohammedan Sporting Club is a football club in Kolkata, India. It currently plays in the top division in Indian Football, the National Football League. They play their NFL matches at the Salt Lake Stadium, and the Calcutta Super Division at Mohammedan Sporting Ground. Moahmmedan have the third best supporter base in India after Mohun Bagan and East Bengal.

Salgaocar Sports Club

Salgaocar SC is an Indian football team based in the state of Goa. They are currently playing in the 10th ONGC National Football League. They play their home matches at the Jawaharlal Nehru-Fatorda stadium (capacity 35,000) in Margao, Goa. Founded in 1955, it is sponsored by the V.M. Salgaocar Group of Companies. The club is associated with the National Football League, and is currently in the Premier Division of that league.

Tata Football Academy

J.R.D. Tata gave fruition to J.N Tata's vision, inculcating sports as an integral part of Tata Steel's corporate philosophy. It is part of this very same commitment that made Tata Steel set up the Tata Steel Sports Foundation, to inculcate among the young men and women of India the sporting sprit, the zeal to excel, to win, and above all the discipline and dedication that brings out the winner in the individual. TFA conceived in 1983 and inaugurated in 1987 was one intrinsic component of the Tata Ideal manifested in reality. The T.S.S.F Trustees of the Governing body of TFA are the beacons showing the path to TFA.
Today, Tata Football Academy is one of the premier football breeding grounds in India.

Tollygunge Agragami

Tollygunge Agragamai is a football club based in Kolkata, West Bengal. They play in the Kolkata Premier league as well as the Indian National Football League. They are usually in the Premier division of the NFL, but for the 2005/2006 season they will play in group A of the second division after being relegated last season.
The team was founded in 1943 as Russa Agragami Samity, then later renamed to Tollygunge Agragami in 1955. Their home ground is the Rabindra Sarobar Stadium, which has a capacity of 17,000. They play their home NFL matches at the Salt Lake Stadium though. Although the team has not been as successful as their city rivals, East Bengal Club and Mohun Bagan, they are a team to watch out for.

Vasco Sports Club

The Vasco Sports Club is a football (soccer) club in Goa.
In 1951, residents from the port town of Vasco da Gama, Goa, including the Portuguese garrison stationed there formed a football club called Clube de Desportos Vasco da Gama. It was named after the famous Brazilian club, and similar colors were adopted by it. The open fields where the present Tilak stadium is built, were the practice grounds for the players. Later a club house was built near by, which still stands today. During the last five decades the club participated in most of the major tournaments in India. The sixties and seventies were the most productive years for the club and they won some of the major tournaments during that time like the Kerala Trophy, Stafford Cup, Bandodkar Gold Trophy, Chakola Gold Trophy and Sait-Nagjee Trophy. Sadly, it failed to stamp its mark in other tournaments like the Rovers Cup, Bordoloi Shield, Nehru Memorial Tournament, having lost out in the final.

Viva Kerala

Viva Kerala is a professional football club based in India. They are the current champions of Kerala State Football League. They play at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium (AKA Kaloor International Stadium) in Kochi, the largest metropolitian area in the India state of Kerala. Their training ground is FACT Ground in Udyogamandal. Viva Kerala's name is the result of a contest, won by Dr. P Ramakrishnan of Ernakulam.
Formed on August 8th, the club officially took off on August 19th in a ceremony at FACT grounds. The club is the was formed by businessmen who felt the need for the state's representation in country's top football league, the National Football League. The objective was to prepare a team for the EDFA (Ernakulam District Football Association) Super League and State League in the first year and National Football League (2nd Division) in the second year. The ultimate aim is to eventually be the number one football team of India.
Currently, the club has qualified for the 2nd Division courtesy of a well deserved Kerala State Club Championship title.
